Our Road Trip Cooler Pack makes it easy to take home Carter's American Beef without filling your entire freezer. Each pack includes 3 pounds of ground beef, 1 package of steaks (2 steaks), and one roast, selected from our available inventory.

Our cattle are born and raised on our family farm, grass-fed and finished with quality grain. Our beef is aged 14–21 days, vacuum-sealed and flash-frozen—ready for your cooler and the road home.

This product is PICKUP ONLY in Cleveland, Utah.

After you place your order, we'll text you to arrange your pickup time during one of our available pickup windows:

Friday–Sunday
8–11 AM or 4–7 PM

Your frozen beef will be packed in a reusable thermal bag and ready for pickup. For longer trips, we recommend bringing a cooler with ice or ice packs.

Steak and roast cuts vary based on availability. Pickup must be arranged in advance; we are not a walk-in retail location.
